End user licence agreement
Last updated 25 October 2026. This licence covers the Paddock Pulse website, progressive web app, and any store build that opens the same product. Paid use is also governed by the Terms of use.
"We" means Lance Dale, who runs Paddock Pulse (sole trader, Australia). Contact: lancejdale@gmail.com.
What we licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Paddock Pulse on devices you control, for your farm or for clients you advise, while your account is in good standing.
What you do not get
- You do not own the app, the models, the prompts, or our branding.
- You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or wrap the service as your own product.
- You may not sublicence the reader to another software vendor without a written deal with us.
Add to Home Screen / app stores
Installing the PWA on a phone or downloading a store wrapper does not transfer ownership. Store rules (Apple, Google) also apply to that wrapper. If those rules conflict with this licence on a mandatory point, the store rule wins for that install only.
AI output
Suggested Full and Refill lines, runtimes and write-ups are generated output and estimates. Runtimes are estimates until you calibrate them with "I irrigated". They are not a professional irrigation design. You remain responsible for what you set in third-party probe software.
Termination
This licence ends if you close the account, we close it for breach, or we withdraw the service. You must then stop using the app. Your graphs can be deleted under the privacy policy.
Updates
We may change the app without a new signature. A dated EULA on this page replaces the previous one for continued use.
